Textures of Fall

Dear All:

Fall is upon us and my garden is slowing down.  Here are some closeups of my tall flowering grass, flowers, and woodpile images.  It actually snowed today too, so I am glad that I could capture these photos last week!

It's time to make some soup!

Au revoir.

Pumpkins in Art

Here's a quick post about some pumpkins that have been on my mind lately. First is the tiny amigurumi pumpkin baby. She is so cute and only 1 1/2" around by 1" tall.
She is needle-felted with orange dyed wool fleece, with two green leaves and a chocolate brown fleece stem. Then there's Mr. Pumpkin. He smiles all of the time!

This is my latest pumpkin painting. It's an original watercolor attached onto dark brown taffeta fabric, which covers a 6x8 artist's canvas. A chocolate brown bow is an embellishment on top. All displayed on an easel, which will look excellent in your entryway or living room in your home.

Please stop by my Etsy Store to see more of my pieces.

Happy Pumpkins!
