New Growth

Dear All,

Time is flying by very quickly and I had taken spring photos a few weeks ago, but have not had the time to post them.  We have some apple trees that have finally blossomed and it looks like I will be able to make some pies!  

This is our white dogwood, when it was just beginning to have some blossoms.

 

"I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser."

John 15:1

This is our grapevine.  Every year it produces dark purple grapes.  The birds enjoy them in the Fall.

"I am the vine, you are the branches.  

He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; 

for without Me you can do nothing."

John 15:5

Here's a pink dogwood near our property.

Abiding

I am abiding in God today. He is my Rock. He is my Fortress. I will sit under His Wings today and rest. I will drink in His Love and Grace. I do not need to worry when I am alone, for He is with me all of the time. My thoughts are continually Praising Him. He shows me the way through all that I encounter.I am abiding this day so that I will not fail. God will strengthen me to get through all that concerns me this day. He will allow me to grow and be creative this day. He is sufficient. I will abide in His Branches.

John 15:5: I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. (KJV)
