New neckwarmer knit with Taria Tweed by Plymouth Yarns.
This yarn consists of 40% merino wool, 30% llama and 30% silk. It's soft and light. The ruffle is a Katia yarn (from Spain) called Ondas. It's a ribbon netting that curls as you knit.
