Purple Mountains Majesty

God's beauty is shown in His mountains.

This is a 10" x 7" watercolor done with a glazing technique and ink.

It looks good diplayed on this metal easel. It would like nice in a mat or framed between glass.

It shows a reflection of the mountains too. When I am worried, the mountains seem to give me a sense of security and protection.

Whenever you feel worried or upset, just look at this painting and remember that God is in charge! Go to higher ground!

Thank you for looking!

Beautiful. I love the mountains too. Sometimes when the sun is shining on them just right the mountains in our area appear purple. I love it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful art work with us. It reminds us of God's glory.
Blessings,
Charlotte

That is beautiful! I love the mountains when their tops are covered with the white snow. It makes me think about how our sins are washed away and our lives are as white as snow. Glory to God!

I often think of the mountains as pointing to God.

Oh, I just love this painting. Whenever I go up to Vermont and stand at the mountain, I feel so at peace. Knowing that God is so big.
