Amigurumi Felt?

Where have I been and why didn't someone tell me about Amigurumi? It is so much fun and all of the characters are so cute!

Amigurumi characters originated in Japan, but they are usually crocheted. I decided to make one but needle felted it instead. Here is my first attempt. I took a picture of "Squishy Apple Cutie" in my macIntosh apple tree.
